Girl Scout provides for Montgomery County Foster Children Rebecca Rose, a Cheltenham High School student and Senior Girl Scout, earned her Gold Award by supporting foster children in Montgomery County though the “My Bag” program. Rebecca is presented a certificate by the Commissioners Hoeffel, Matthews and Castor recognized her hard work for foster children. Staff show off personalized Canvas tote bags created by County foster parent, Jenifer Fields, along with her own children and foster children, to hold the donated items.
